O R D E R
The petitioner seeks a Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to consider his representations dated 04.10.2018 and 27.10.2020 and consequently remove the encroachments made by the respondents 4 to 12.
2. This Court vide order dated 01.03.2021, had directed the Joint Commissioner/R2 to hear the petitioner as well as the private respondents and consider his representations. Pending the writ petition, Mr.Venkatesh, learned Government Advocate for the official respondents states that the representations have been taken up for hearing by 2nd respondent and enquiry is fixed on 25.03.2021. Notice has also been issued to the petitioner. A copy of the notice is placed on record.
3. In light of the same, the Joint Commissioner/R2 is directed to pass orders after hearing the petitioner as well as private respondents within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of first hearing, in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
