This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to alter the offence as to include under Section 307 of IPC in Crime No.332 of 2013 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.332 of 2013 charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri for the offence under Sections 341, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and assigned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as C.C.No.182 of 2014. She would further submit that so far seven witnesses have been examined and the case is posted for examination of LW8 and LW9 on 23.07.2019. 4.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
