ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The petitioner, the brother of the detenue, has filed the present petition, seeking production of his sister before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that already in respect of missing of Caroline Inigo, the husband of the detenue, viz., Joseph Satheesh, has already moved a petition before this Court in HCP No.1352/2018. In the said case, this Court has passed an order directing the 2nd respondent to investigate and to report before this Court.

3. In the above circumstances, a second petition, in respect of the very same detenue is not necessary. Suffice to direct the petitioner to co-operate with the respondents by giving all the relevant assistance for tracing the detenue. Equally, the respondents shall also take all earnest efforts to trace the detenue.

4. With the aforesaid observations, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
