ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 2 to 5 to take appropriate steps to issue EWS (Economically Weaker Section) Certificate to the petitioner as per the communication dated 26.11.2020 sent by the first respondent to the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the direction sought for in this writ petition had already been considered by the second respondent and the request made by the petitioner was rejected.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the second respondent, he is at liberty to challenge the order in the manner known to law, if so advised. No costs.
