Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to act upon the recommendations of the 2nd Respondent herein vide their Letter Na.Ka.No.1948/B1/2015, dated August 2019 to pay/disburse the legal dues to her, which she is entitled to on account of death of her husband (Late Venkatesan) and also direct to consider her consequential representation, dated 28.09.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. According to the Petitioner, she had sent several representations to the 2nd Respondent to settle all the legal dues, which she is entitled to on account of death of her husband. As no action is forthcoming on her representations, having no other alternative, she has come up with this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the 1st Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 28.09.2020 based on the recommendations of the 2nd Respondent vide Letter in Na.Ka.1948/B1/2015, dated August 2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
