On 04.09.2019, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was listed after two weeks i.e., on 04.12.2019. Even on 04.12.2019, when the matter was called, none appeared on either side. Hence, the O.P., was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, i.e. 09.12.2019, when the matter is taken up, neither the petitioners are present nor there is any representation on behalf of the petitioners. M.C., is of the year 2011 and the Crl.O.P., is of the year 2013. However, the petitioners have not come forward to prosecute the matter. Therefore, this Crl.O.P., is dismissed for non-prosecution.
