ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) A larger relief sought for in this writ petition is to forbear the 6th respondent from erection of wind mills.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inasmuch as a representation has been made by the petitioner on 06.01.2020 to the 4th respondent, inter alia, alleging that contrary to the guidelines governing to the project developers namely the 6th respondent has proceeded to erect wind mills in Survey No.432 situated at Monganallampalayam, Erachapadi Post, Dharapuram Via, Thiruppur District.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, we direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take earliest action. In the event of the respondents proposing to take action, the 6th respondent also will have to be given an opportunity of hearing.
