Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 1st respondent to provide strong escort while taking the under trial prisoner Kora Gobi, son of Krishnappa, now confined at Central Prison, Salem, to Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur, for remand and returning from Hosur to save the life of the prisoner by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2018 in accordance with law to secure the ends of Justice.

ORDER

The petitioner is the prisoner confined in Central Prison, Salem. He has involved in some criminal cases, in which, he is required to be taken under escort to various Courts. While so, the petitioner has filed the present petition with the abovesaid prayer.

2.In the opinion of this Court, it is the duty of the Jail Authorities to send the prisoners under proper police escort to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Courts. Hence, no special directions need to be issued in this regard.
