O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to not to harass the petitioner and her family in the Blanker of enquiry for the family dispute.

2. The learned counsel for th petitioner submitted that petitioner's parents arranged a marriage for the petitioner against her will and consent. Thereafter, petitioner left her home on her volition and stayed in a hostel, for which, petitioner's parents gave a complaint. On the basis of the complaint, respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioner's parents had given Women Missing Complaint. Thereafter, she was secured. During enquiry, she had given statement that, on her own volition, she left the home. Therefore, further action against the complaint given by the petitioner is dropped.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate appearing for the respondents that further action against the complaint given by the petitioner was dropped, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
