This petition is filed to condone the delay of 200 days in preferring the second appeal.

2.This petition stands allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only).

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners made an offer that instead of paying the cost, he may be permitted to purchase any law book not exceeding Rs.500/- useful to any junior advocate.

4.Learned counsel for the respondent concurs.
