ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to furnish the particulars with regard to the acquisition and compensatory payments made thereof in respect of the property bearing Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Gandhipuram Sub-District, Coimbatore District comprised in Survey No.2, 3 in Site No.19, 20 which extents to land measuring 11 cents and 248 sq.ft belongs to the petitioner's mother and by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 28.12.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.D.Tamilselvi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.12.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, conduct an enquiry and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
