These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 959 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole petitioner, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole petitioner and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 has no serious objection to allow these petitions.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

4.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the above Civil Revision Petition.
