ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a complaint dated 16.04.2015 made by the petitioner and investigate the same, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it appears that the land was originally surveyed by the concerned Tahsildar and the survey stones were laid. Now it is alleged by the petitioner that the opposite parties have removed the survey stones and they have encroached into the property of the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on the complaint being given, the respondent police shall enquire into the complaint and take action in accordance with the law laid down https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
