ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, Vellore in partly allowing the I.A.No.250 of 2018 in O.S.No.79 of 2013 with reference to document No.5 and 6 which were sought to be filed on the ground that they are Xerox copies. The document No.5 and 6 are the approved plan, E.B.Bills, House tax receipts, Town Survey plan and field register of the Ranipet Municipality but only the Xerox copies were filed. In case the petitioner produce the certified copies of the same by the next hearing date he may be permitted to mark the same, subject to the proof and relevancy. On these lines the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
