This Original Petition along with this Original Application coming on this day before this Cout for hearing the Petitioner/Applicant herein not appearing in person or by Advocate and upon reading the Petition filed in O.P.No. 493 of 2008 and the Judges Summons and affidavit of H.Mohammed Zulfikar, filed in O.A.No. 906 of 2008, and this Court having inferred that the petitioner is not interested in presecuting the Original Petition, It is ordered as follows :- That the petition in O.P.No. 493 of 2008 be and is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
2. That the O.A.No. 906 of 2008 do stand closed.
3. That there shall be no costs.
