ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition has been filed challenging the suspension order and the order not permitting him to retire.
The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that subsequently an order has been passed by the first respondent in G.O. (3D) No. 21 dated 09.02.2019 awarding punishment of compulsory retirement.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made the following endorsement to that effect:- "since compulsory retirement punishment was awarded, this Writ Petition becomes infructuous. Hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous."

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
