ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from laying any approach Road from Vinnanur Village Road by encroaching in petitioner's patta land comprised in Melkarippur Village Survey No.29/9 to an extent of 1.55 Acres
and canal land comprised in Melkarippur Village Survey No.29/10 situated within the panchayat limits of Mel Karippur Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.
2. In WMP No.5234 of 2018, petitioner has prayed for a interim injunction restraining the respondents 11 to 17, their servants, agents or any other men on behalf of the respondents 11 to 17 from laying any approach Road from Vinnanur Village Road by encroaching on the petitioner patta land comprised in Melkarippur Village Survey No.29/9 to an extent of 1.55 Acres and canal land comprised in Melkarippur Village Survey No.29/10 situated within the panchayat limits of Mel Karippur Village, Thandarampattu Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, pending disposal of main writ petition.
3. On this day, when the matter came up for admission, Dr.G.Krishnamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made and endorsement to that effect.
4. Permission is granted. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
