2. Heard Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.S.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for for respondents 1 and 2 / caveator.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 32 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.Sr.No.5768 of 2024 is condoned.

4. The Regisry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry is also directed to print the name of the counsel for the respondents when the matter is listed for admission.
