This writ petition has been filed to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the orders in
(1) Pro.Na.Ka.No.Ka.2/12239/13-1 dated 22.04.2013 of the second respondent insofar as it relates to the petitioner herein and (2) Pro.No.Ka.2/12239/2013-3(L&S) dated 22.04.2013 of the second respondent, quash the same and to issue consequential directions to the respondents to retain the petitioner's settled seniority and empanelment in the posts of Senior Draftsman and Head Draftsman and his promotion to the said posts and allow him to continue in service as Technical Manager with all consequential benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner died as early as on 17.04.2019 itself. 3.
However, even till today, the legal representatives of the 2/4
petitioner did not take any steps to substitute them in the place of the deceased petitioner.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
