PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition is filed under Art. 227 of Constitution of India, praying to dispose the original suit in O.S. 35 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Tirukoilur within time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner : Mr.H.Rajesh

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the suit in O.S. 35 of 2014, pending on the file of learned Principal District Munsif, Tirukoilur.

2. Considering the nature of order going to be passed in this Civil Revision Petition, which would cause no prejudice to the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is a 1st defendant in the Suit. The 1st respondent has filed a suit for partition and separate possession. In the above suit, all the 23 defendants were served on with summons, and the petitioner, as a contesting defendant, has filed the written statement. Even though the pleadings are completed, the suit has not been taken up for trial and the same is pending. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 2/4

Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the learned Principal District Munsif, Tirukoilur is directed to dispose of the Suit in O.S. 35 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
