pass orders on the representation dated 06.10.2025 of the petitioner Association independently, without reference to the earlier orders of rejection wherein reliance is placed upon the Judgement in W.A.No.837/2010 dated 20.12.2012 in view of the liberty given by the Honble Supreme Court to approach the Government in its order in SLP.No.1408/2013, 1867/2013, 1828/2013 dated 28.01.2013.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 06.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner/association have made a representation, dated 06.10.2025 before the respondents seeking appointment of Computer Instructors, in view of the liberty given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP.Nos.1408/2013, 1867/2013, 1828/2013 dated 28.01.2013. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner/association have filed this writ petition.
3. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner/association submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners'
representation dated 06.10.2025, as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner/association dated 06.10.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation, dated 06.10.2025, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
