ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under section 406 & 420 of IPC, in Crime No.2177 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that as on date, the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that as on date, the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police and question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner doesn't arise at present.

Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
