ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the disposal of O.P.No.1291 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned VI Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai within a time frame. 1/4

2. A perusal of records would show that an application in I.A.No.1 of 2021 filed by the respondent/husband for continuation of mediation followed by counselling is pending.

3. Considering the conducive atmosphere that has taken place during 2nd and 3rd Mediation, a direction is issued to the learned VI Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose the I.A.No.1 of 2021 on or before 31.03.2022. In case, the parties are able to reconcile the dispute, the same can be recorded otherwise, the learned Judge shall proceed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.1291 of 2020 pending on its file within a period of four months from the date of failure of Mediation process.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
