2. Offences alleged are under Sections 307 and 379 IPC. 3.

Petitioner is A2.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner/A1 contended that the petitioner is implicated in this case. Actually, as between the de facto complainant and the petitioner, there is money dispute in connection with a loan transaction. 5.

The learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. 6.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, and considering the nature of the allegations, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail:- 7.

Ordered as under:

(i) Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate- XVII, Saidapet, Chennai, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order; (iii) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate; (iv) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
