Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that, pursuant to the order of this Court, a Demand Draft dated 21.02.2025 bearing No.151425 for a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- has been drawn in the name of the petitioner and the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court today.
