This W.M.P. has been filed to implead the proposed party viz., Kamaraj Desiya Seva Sangam, rep. By its Secretary S.Mohanavelu as Party/5th Respondent in this Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has no objection for impleading the proposed party.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
