The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 24.01.2019 at 07.00 PM to 12.00 PM at "Sri Manjiyamman Temple Festival" Kammavanpettai Village, Kammavanpettai Post, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District by considering his representation dated 04.01.2019.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents submitted that the representation given by the petitioner dated 04.01.2019 has already been considered by the second respondent. The second respondent has passed an order dated 15.01.2019 vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.01/C1Circle/2019 granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the festival programme subject to the conditions, which have already been imposed by this Court in similar matters. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
