This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 05.11.2013 in CMP.No.1028 of 2013 in C.C.No.1 of 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Thiruvallur.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the issues have been amicably resolved between the parties and they have arrived at compromise. Due to which, the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Thiruvallur disposed the case in C.C.No.1 of 2013 in the year 2014.

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
