ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the objection / representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.12.2021 acknowledged in Receipt No.20011/2021 for cancellation of registration of Partition Deed dated 28.12.2021 in Document No.13530 of 2021 and another two sale deeds dated 28.12.2021 in Document No.13553 of 2021 and 13554 of 2021 on the file of third respondent in respect of land in SF No.521/1 and 521/3 situate in Andiyagoundanur-2 Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District belong to the petitioner under the provisions of Registration Act, within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner submitted a complaint before the second respondent, dated 28.12.2021, with regard to the fraudulent transaction in respect of the land in S.F.Nos.521/1 and 521/3 situated in Andiyagoundanur-2 Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District and it is pending.

Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
