.. Respondents Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP No.26669 of 2023 dated 19.09.2023.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted a copy of the letter dated 22.01.2022 issued by the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Erode. Along with the letter, the xerox copy of the cheque issued by the Administrative Officer, Erode Housing Unit also have been enclosed.

2. It is contended that the amount has already been deposited. With reference to the decree, if any, further due is pending, it is for the petitioners to work out their remedy in the execution proceedings, which is pending.
