ORDER
This is a petition to call for the records and quash the entire proceedings pending trial in C.C.No.253 of 2014 on the file of the Court of District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudur at Kancheepuram District.

2.The perusal of the records shows that, this Court ordered the petitioners to take private notice to the second respondent/de-facto complainant on 17.09.2020. It appears that, this order was not complied with and notice was not taken. Then again, on 24.02.2022, this Court finding that private notice was not taken as ordered by this Court on 17.09.2020, again directed the petitioners to take private notice to the second respondent/de-facto complainant, returnable by 17.03.2022. Now it is reported that, private notice is not taken to the second respondent/de-facto complainant. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No.282 of 2014 is dismissed, for not complying the direction of this Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
