ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the promotion panel in G.O. Ms. No.40 Commercial Taxes and Registration Department dated 10.03.2015. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that a proposal has been sent to the Government for giving effect to the said G.O. and a reasonable time may be given to consider the prayer of the petitioner. 3.Since the proposal has already been sent to the Government for implementing the said G.O., the respondents are directed to accept the same and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P. is closed. Speaking/Non speaking order 17.04.2017 Index : yes/no vga
