Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent Police to investigate the above case concerned in Crime No.372 of 2010 dated 16.09.2010 on the file of T-15, Sri Ramachandra Medical College (SRMC) Police Station, Porur, Chennai 600 116 by another Agency or by Superior Officer in the rank of Deputy Superintendent.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to investigate the case in Crime No.372 of 2010, by another investigating agency.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.372 of 2010 has been registered and the respondent Police have conducted detailed enquiry and filed a charge sheet before the learned Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruvallur. The learned Magistrate has taken cognizance in S.C.No.269 of 2012 and the same is pending for trial.
3.In view of the above submission, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, considering that the Sessions Case is of the year 2012, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
learned Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruvallur is directed to complete the trial proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed. 4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
