ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.394 of 2022 from the file of the third respondent to the CBCID or any other agency.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed. The same has been taken cognizance and the trial is pending.
3. In view of the above, the question of transferring the investigation in Crime No.394 of 2022 does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
