JUDGMENT

During the last hearing, one of the respondents appeared in person and produced a communication of the appellant, dated 02.12.2015 addressed to the Special Government Pleader (CS), High Court, Madras, requesting to not to press the Second Appeals. The appeals are listed today and Mr.A.Uma Shankar, learned counsel appears for the respondent in both the appeals.
