(CRIME NO.2/2021) For Petitioner : M/S A.R.SURESH Advocate For Respondent : M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 406, 420 of IPC and 76(1) of Chit funds Act in Cr.No.2 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners conducted a chit fund and collected a sum of Rs.50,950 from the defacto complainant and failed to repay the same. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor raised objection stating that the petitioners cheated totally a sum of Rs.70,00,000/- from the 24 victims and the complaints are still receiving from the victims. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the complaints are still receiving from the victims. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
