This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C initiated by the first respondent in proceedings in M.C.No.99/2013/A1 dated 01.09.2013.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the house, in which, prayer has been conducted was closed and hence nothing survives in this criminal original petition.
