.. Plaintiffs This Civil Suit is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 read with Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules and Section 92(1)(f) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to:

a) permit the 1st plaintiff for sale of one ground and 1324 square feet i.e., 3724 square feet of land situated at Anna Nagar which is morefully described in Schedule A hereunder to the prospective buyer or to any other person / entity as may be identified for a minimum sale 1/5

consideration of Rs.9,05,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Crores Five Lakhs only) or any higher amount and permit the plaintiffs to deposit the sale proceeds in the bank account of the trust maintained in ICICI bank bearing Account No.000105005599 in the name and style of M/s.Y.R.Gaitonde Medical, Educational and Research Foundation and utilize the same for setting up of laboratory in the property situated at Chetpet and for utilization of the funds towards furtherment of other objectives of the 1st plaintiff Trust.

JUDGMENT

Pursuant to the order dated 17.04.2024 wherein this Court has granted permission to sale the trust property has contemplated under Section 92(1)(f) of C.P.C and directed to complete the sale transaction within a period of three months and file a report. Accordingly, compliance report has been filed.

2. That the sale has been effected and the necessary paper publication has been given. Amount has been paid.
