probation in consonance with the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5939 / ED1 / 2001 dated 15.11.2001 and include the name of the Petitioner in the panel of the 2013 for the post of Elementary School Headmaster in appropriate place and promote the petitioner as Elementary School Headmaster from the date of her junior's promotion (29-06-2012) with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to order of the second respondent made in his proceedings in O.Mu.No.859 /A2 /2012 dated 03.04.2013 and quash the same and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to fix the seniority of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the seniority list of the Secondary Grade Assistant Teacher in Sulur Panchayat Union, Coimbatore District for the year 2012 and consequently in the seniority list of the year 2013 taking note of the petitioner completion of probation in consonance with the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.5939 / ED1 / 2001 dated 15.11.2001 and include the name of the Petitioner in the panel of the 2013 for the post of Elementary

School Headmaster in appropriate place and promote the petitioner as Elementary School Headmaster from the date of her junior's promotion (29-062012) with all consequential benefits.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
