Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.40/2020 by the special court under EC Act/NDPS Act Coimbatore by its judgment dated 24/03/2021 and release the petitioner on bail pending detemination of this Crl.A.No.282/2021 before this Honourable Court on such terms and conditions that this Honourable Court deems fit and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JAYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.LEONARD ARUL JOSEPH SELVAM, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner in C.C.No.40 of 2020 by the Special Court under EC/NDPC Act, Coimbatore, by its judgment dated 24.03.2021 and release the petitioner on bail.

2. Today, when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
