This Application is filed for return of plaint documents 1, 5 and 6. It is submitted on behalf of the Plaintiff that the suit was withdrawn with liberty to file a separate suit against a third party. Therefore, it is submitted that these documents are required for such purpose.

2. Learned counsel for the Defendant has no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Upon considering the aforesaid submissions, Application No.844 of 2022 is allowed by directing the return of plaint documents 1, 5 and 6 to the Plaintiff.
