2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

3.Mr.K.S.Mohandass, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) takes notice for the respondent and he has got no objection in allowing this petition. He submits that main revision itself can be taken up shortly and disposed of.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
