PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order Memo No.BCDFGISSSV No.1212/2016 dated 16.12.2016 passed by the 2nd respondent under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and quash the same and also direct the respondent to produce the detenu Thiru.Udaya (a) Udayaraj, S/O Kutty, male, aged 26 years, now confined in Central Prision, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.
