[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition is for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to produce the body of the petitioner's son namely, Mohammed Nazeerudhin aged about 28 years and set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 informed this Court that the detenue had already been remanded to Judicial Custody in relation to the criminal case registered against him in Cr.No.111 of 2018, on the file of Thiruninravur Police Station. The Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruvallur, remanded the detenue to the judicial custody and now the detenue is lodged in Sub Jail, Thiruvallur.

4.This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be taken, in respect of the grounds raised in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
