This petition is filed to condone the delay of 138 days in filing the above Appeal.
2.Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel takes notice for 2nd respondent and submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.
3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 138 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
