[ RESPONDENTS] Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order made in Na.Ka.47754/2006/Oo 1 dated 23.09.2016 passed by the 2nd Respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and issue consequential direction to the respondents to allot the houses to the identified 151 beneficiaries of the petitioner association.
