O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.70 of 2015 .

2. In view of the order being passed in the Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, she has filed a suit for permanent injunction restraining the respondents/defendants from interfering with her peaceful possession of the suit schedule property. Even though the suit has been filed in the year 2015, the suit summons were served on the defendants and they have also filed written statements, so far the suit is not disposed of. Hence, the present revision has been filed.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the revision, without going into the merits of the case and also the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2015, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Hosur, is directed to dispose 2/4

the O.S.No.70 of 2015 within a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
