The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant has filed this petition seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.278 of 2015 from the file of the 1st respondent to the Economic Offences Wing, C.B.C.I.D.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.278 of 2015, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Later it is committed to the Special Court for C.C.B/C.B.C.I.D Cases, Egmore, Chennai and taken on file as C.C.No.7621 of 2017. He would further submit that there are totally nine witnesses in this case, out of which seven witnesses were examined and two more witnesses are to be examined and the case is posted for examination on 02.09.2020.
