The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect.

"Petition is withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition after committal of petitioner."

2. In view of the above submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application, immediately when the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, commits the case to the Court of Sessions, at least so far as this petitioner is concerned.
