ORDER

Seeking a direction to consider the recall petition liberally on the same day in STC No.4079 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner did not receive any summons in STC No.4079 of 2014 from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram and initially bailable warrant was issued and it was subsequently converted to Non-Bailable Warrant and thereafter Non-bailable warrant was also issued.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on his surrender, bail application shall be considered on the same day by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
